Reviewed on December 13th, 2023 • Verified patientShe seemed great, and she responded well to my concerns. When I asked about bleeding gums she suggested dental cleaning. The most important was regarding my wisdom tooth, she told me that after the removal the empty spot will be cleaned up off stuck food and may require suturing until it heals. The ad presented never stated that it requires x and y, but my claim is now being rejected on some weird technicality that should’ve been explained explicitly. I’ll be sharing this bad experience with everyone I meet and on social media because I was clearly misled. Now I’m being asked to go back and jump through extra hoops to get my gift card. Awful experience and the customer service rep didn’t even have the decency reply to my messages. Not only does she clearly knows a lot about dentistry, she is also great at explaining everything so the patient can understand their teeth/mouth. I was given information on everything I needed to be done to my teeth to keep them in great shape. To make life even easier if you have insurance they do direct billing so I didn’t have to worry about doing it myself. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! He fixed my big cavity without no pain even though there was a high possibility of root canal but he was really careful drilling so I could had only filling. It was my front tooth but it looks so natural and just perfect. He has and amazing skill and also really kind and friendly. I was so nervous but he has everything to make me feel super comfortable.
