An all-around great first visit after 5+ years without seeing a dentist. I have never had a dentist sit down with me and talk about my oral health before -- usually they pop in at the end of the appointment, check to make sure the hygienist has done their job properly, recommend flossing more, and then leave. Dr. Klein visited with me before my cleaning, did a very thorough exam of my teeth, gums, mouth, jaw, glands, thyroid, and airway. He noticed that I had some tooth sensitivity that is related to my sinuses -- I didn't even know that was possible! -- and recommended I do a sleep study as he suspected I may have sleep apnea. He asked me if I had any questions, but not in the typical way which feels like you're being ushered out the door; I felt like he actually cared about whether I had questions and took the time to answer them. Afterwards, I had a cleaning with the dental hygienist, who was very gentle and accommodating of my discomfort with cleanings and dentistry in general -- and Dr. Klein came in during my cleaning to make sure I was comfortable and not exceedingly anxious. As a bonus, the freaking dental chair was a MASSAGE CHAIR. Like, are you serious? A massage chair? I was more relaxed than I had ever been at a dentist! Other perks: they directly billed my insurance company, the receptionist was wearing DC Comics scrubs (we're a big Batman family), they put the television in the waiting area on YTV especially for my kid, the waiting area had more toys for children than I've ever seen in any office (I don't know if they're disinfected regularly, though; as a teacher working with germ-infested preschoolers, I know how necessary this is), and they text/email reminders for appointments. I keep running my tongue over my teeth and exclaiming how happy I am. I will refer Dr. Klein to everyone I know!

Great service. Very friendly staff. Dr. Klein cares, has a great attitude, and explains everything in great detail. Very thorough and provides options that make sense for your particular situation. Very happy I found this dental office.

Despite only a brief initial visit to set up a patient profile and plan future visits, I feel Dr Klein and his team seem dedicated to their patients' comfort and oral health.

I was very nervous after not seeing a dentist for over 5 years and honestly not being the best with taking care of myself but Dr. Klein and his super friendly staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He was very thorough and checked things my previous dentist never did. At the end we identified a few problems, came up with a game plan and now I will leave it up to him. I'll give you guys an update after. Overall a very positive experience. You can tell he really cares and loves his job.

He's really kind, and thorough! Finally found a good dentist and I'm going to stick with him! The office is easy to find via public transit, easily accessible from the street (just climb the staircase!), And we'll staffed! Everything went great and everyone was really nice!

A dental appointment has never been one of my favorite passtimes but I have to admit this time I was put at ease on arrival. I found Dr. Klein to be very easy going and Ooooh I needed that. I know that I have possibly some rough work on my teeth ahead of me but now I feel much better about facing it. I am concentrating now on the finnished product. I have a lot of respect for my dentist Dr. Gary Klein

I have a great fear of going to to the dentist office. For the last couple of weeks I have been receiving dental treatment by Dr. Gary Klein. I found Dr. Klein to be a skilled professional ...(It is to be be noted that all that work at this office are as well; never underestimate the support staff they are the backbone of any organization) There something about a firm handshake, a warm hello and the well timed placement of humor that can set a patient at ease.

I had a really good experience at Dr. Klein's office. The staff was very peasant, everyone introduced themselves and Dr. Klein came to speak with me about my needs, any issues, what I hoped to get out of my appointment and the prices I was looking at (with no medical insurance) to make sure I was well informed. I had a cleaning with Dana who was so thorough, personable, and explained everything she was doing and what she could see about my dental health. She was also perfectly gentle, I hate when dentist bang their tools on your teeth! Very great service!

Great experience. Thorough examination and clearly articulates options available that are customized to your dental wants and needs. Their office is also clean, modern and staffed with friendly individuals.

I haven’t been to the dentist in ages, so my teeth required a little extra time and work and I needed to take a break part way though. They were very nice and understanding. The Dr. was very insistent I come back for a full exam and not just a clean up but was understanding that I don’t have the money for that yet. I’ll be coming back for a full exam when I have the money.
