Overall great experience. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with submitting my claim for insurance. My hygienist was very gentle and I experienced minimal pain (aside from teeth sensitivity), which made going to the dentist less nerve wracking, especially if you’re someone who hates going to the dentist like me

Had a great experience at this clinic for my recent cleaning and oral examination. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained what they were doing at each step, which made the whole process very comfortable. The dentist took time to go over my X-rays, pointed out a few areas to watch, and answered all my questions without rushing. The clinic was clean, organized, and I was seen pretty close to my appointment time. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and confident about my oral health.

The facility is equipped with up to date technology (ie x-ray, room, etc). It would have been helpful if they communicated what was being done today as I was expecting my chipped tooth would be repaired but it was only X-rays and check up that took 45min to complete. The in mouth scan process was uncomfortable and not pleasant.

The staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable right from the moment I arrived. The doctor was thorough, gentle, and explained everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. The dentist took the time to address my concern. The only negative i felt was I was given too much information too quickly and needed more time to process it. Overall, the clinic was clean and organised. Highly recommend!
