Good experience. Friendly staff

I had a disappointing experience with billing and insurance handling at this dental center. Unlike my previous clinic, no pre-treatment estimate was submitted to confirm insurance coverage before the appointment. As a result, I was surprised to learn after the diagnostic test that most of the cost was not covered and I had to pay out of pocket. Had I been informed in advance, I would not have proceeded with the service and would have scheduled it for a later date when my benefits were available. When I raised this concern, the reception staff was rude and stated that submitting an estimate is something patients must explicitly request, which I find unacceptable. This reflects poor administrative practices and customer service. A $150 gift card does not offset having to unexpectedly pay approximately $300. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return and will be going back to my previous dental clinic.

It was a nice experience just cleaning and new patient exam can’t be done in an hour so they are rescheduling. That may need to be updated on the platform.

First time visiting The Richmond Dental Centre today and I’m very impressed. The office and the equipment is modern and clean, the wait time was minimal, and the entire team was professional and friendly. It’s always a relief to find a dental office that makes you feel welcome from day one. Looking forward to my next appointment.

They are great, you can watch netflix while you wait and they were very quick, they also sit down with you to show you your teeth and that's something I've never experienced before them.

Good experience at the center and great doctors. I just hope that the changes in appointment are discussed on call instead of just making the changes and sending text through open care chat. But overall great experience and I’ll go again!
