I am very happy with my dental treatment. It was better than my previous dental service provider.

I was recommended by a friend and it was worth it. The staff is skilled and professional. Would recommend it to others.

Everything was great

I had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the clinic was clean and well-maintained. The dentist was thorough, clear in their explanations, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. Everything was on time with no waiting, which I really appreciated.

The hygienist was friendly however took 3 scaling sessions (45min) just to clean the bottom teeth. I have never experienced someone taking this long, to not complete the job. She just cleaned the bottom teeth and ended up saying "next time you come remind the hygienist to quickly clean up the bottom teeth a bit more". In my opinion, she was either new and unexperienced or this " accumulated plaque" excuse is just a scam to book several treatments for a simple dental cleaning. Besides that, I had other studies done and they have great modern and clean equipment. The dental assistant was not familiar with the space nor the people as she walks right after I arrive and she calls herself "the drs. assistant for today" as the receptionist quickly gave her some indications. I understand this might have been an opportunity for her to learn/volunteer/gain experience, she was very kind and caring but I couldn't shake the fact that she doesn't normally work there and she probably didn't have enough experience with the X Ray machines in that office and it made me a bit uncomfortable.

My appointment was prompt and the dentist was very thorough in her explanations. I felt comfortable the entire time

The staff was friendly and professional, they did x-rays and a scan using new tech, and a thorough examination. The dentist did a great job explaining everything and sharing visuals, and the hygenist did a good job on the cleaning, and checked in with me. Overall, I had a positive experience and would highly reccommend this clinic!

My experience was okay, the dentist gave me a laundry list of things to do and it felt very mechanic shop like. I know my teeth aren’t perfect but do I really need to get my wisdom teeth removed, a night guard made, several teeth extractions, a crown and 5 fillings? I go to the dentist pretty regularly (granted this last year was an exception because life happened). My wisdom teeth don’t hurt and honestly giving me that many referrals to orthodontist surgeons was a huge turn off.

Richmond Dental is a stellar dental office. I went in with high expectations and even those were bested. The office itself looks great, staff are friendly and get you happily acquainted and the equipment is modern and superb. I can't recommend this office enough.

I was pleased with my experience at Richmond Dental Centre. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist/front desk staff was especially great, helping me sort out a complicated insurance issue.
