Very happy overall with my experience at the Richmond Dental Centre. From the dental hygienists to the main dentist, I was met with professionalism and friendliness. My appointment was right on time and the procedures were fast and effective. Would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

Very nice clinic, dentist explained everything in detail. One of the women at the reception was extra helpful, she answered every single question I had, extra knowledgable. My dental exam took longer because dentist wa busy with other patients, so my cleaning was rushed and incomplete, only bottom row was done and i was asked to make another appointment and return another day to complete the cleaning. We are all busy, I have never heard from anyone that cleaning was half done, I did not feel taken care of.

It was borderline freezing in there.. I needed a sweater and a coat of I was to be comfortable. The cleaning I received was also a little rough and I told the cleaner so. But the dentist was lovely and knowledgeable.

well, I went in for a tooth cleaning and the hygieniest said she was only able to do the half the appointment as it would take longer for teeth to be cleaned. Then I was rushed into an x-ray with one half of my teeth cleaned and they were therefore unable to assess the cavities and fillings properly. So I decided to go to another dentist who first fully cleaned my teeth, then did the x-ray and did the filling

Dr Park and team were great ! Dr Park went through everything with me with detailed explanations after the initial exam. Zara, the hygienist I went to for cleaning was also great!
