I had a really great experience at Urban Dental Clinic. The staff and doctors were incredibly kind, understanding, and patient throughout my appointment. They kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay, which made me feel really cared for. They explained the entire procedure clearly and took the time to walk me through how to take care of my teeth afterward. I really appreciated how gentle, attentive, and reassuring everyone was. It made the whole experience so much more comfortable, and I would definitely recommend this clinic!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Alida Andersen and would highly recommend her. She was incredibly generous with her time and explained everything clearly, using visuals to make sure I understood what she was seeing and why it mattered. What really stood out was how thorough and thoughtful her approach was. She looked beyond the obvious and was able to identify external factors that could be affecting my oral health. Rather than immediately recommending new products or unnecessary treatments, she focused on making sure I was doing the fundamentals correctly and efficiently. She also walked me through my X-rays and 3D scans in detail, which I really appreciated. She is very personable, approachable, and genuinely seems to care about helping her patients understand and take ownership of their oral health. This was easily the most thorough and informative dentist experience I've ever had. I left feeling much more knowledgeable and confident about my oral health. I highly recommend Dr. Andersen!

The clinic is located at a great place opp. To Rogers stadium. They have professional staff at the desk which tries to help in all manner with even technical questions. Dentists here have been well experienced and very knowledgable.
