The staff were so kind and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable! All the staff and doctors that worked with me were so professional and warm.

The hygienist was excellent and very professional. The dentist was patient and explained every step of the way what he was assessing. I couldn't get everything I wanted done as they required follow appointment booked which did not fit into my schedule even though I was advised the initial appointment was booked for 2 hours. The only complaint I had here was about the receptionist who answered the phone while I was trying to find the practice as this was a big building and my first time of visiting coming from outside toronto. The way the reception spoke to me leaves much to be desired. Not a great help. When I eventually found my way to the other part of the building and came in, they just laughed. Not a great way to treat people.

This was by far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Everyone took their time to explain what was going on, what the findings were, how to treat. Very friendly professionals.

The dentist was really nice, he was realistic, didn’t try to push for me to rush to get treatment. He listened and provided me with few options to think about. I can really appreciate that because I normally feel very overwhelmed and usually feel like I have to make a decision right away. I also appreciate that the hygienist Barbara was super nice and she actually encouraged some of the cleaning techniques I was already doing at home. It’s nice to hear some positive feedback because dentist can be very scary and discouraging
