The assistant that was with me before the dentist came was very nice and sweet to me. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed during everything. The dentist was very professional and thorough with their exam and I felt as if I was in safe hands. Great experience!

Such a great experience at The Richmond Dental Centre! From the exam to the cleaning, everything felt smooth, efficient, and comfortable. The cleaning was quick and completely painless; honestly one of the easiest I’ve had. I really appreciated that they asked before adding things like polish and fluoride instead of just including them, which felt very respectful and transparent. Billing was also super easy and processed quickly through insurance. I even booked my next appointment before leaving. Highly recommend!

The whole experience with clinic was great. The staffs were friendly. Cleaning went smoothly. They had Netflix available during the procedure which is a nice touch! Dr. Katherine Park was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
