Dr. Song took the time to answer every single one of my questions as a new patient. He also took photos during the process to show me what he sees when filling my cavities and told me what I could do to avoid them getting so bad. Dr. Song was very friendly, always had a smile on, and didn't have an air of arrogance I've experienced from previous dentists who didn't have the time to answer questions. He made an otherwise unpleasant experience very pleasant, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.
