Dr. Omid Dianat

Dr. Dianat completed his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) and Master of Science (MS) in Endodontics in 2005 and 2008 from Isfahan and Shahid Beheshti Universites of Medical Sciences in Iran. He was a full-time faculty member for 5 years and also ran a private practice limited to endodontics for 6 years before moving to the United States. After moving, Dr. D. completed his second endodontic residency from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2020 and obtained a certificate and a master degree in dental science. He also received a research grant from the American Association of Endodontists (AAE). His research project studied “the accuracy and efficiency of a dynamic navigation system for locating calcified canals” and selected as the highest scoring proposal in 2018 grant cycle. Omid was also awarded “The Tony Michael Ponti Memorial Scholarship” once he was a senior year resident at UMB. Dr. Dianat has published more than 45 endodontic clinical articles on different endodontic subjects mainly pain management, anesthesia, and regeneration. Dr. D.believes that it is essential to integrate advanced technology and evidence-based practice to provide the most effective treatments for his patients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, swimming, and biking.

Our digital x-ray system is safe and gives minimum radiation that equates in standing in the sun for only 10 seconds. We take digital impression sand with our inter oral camera you can view your dental needs very easily. We also have a cavity detector device and oral cancer screening device that detects cavities and abnormalities much earlier than an eye detection.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

Root canal Therapy, retreat of root canals . I enjoy doing it because it relieves patients from a lot of pain and they will be able to save their teeth.
