I attended my appointment on October 26th at Sunny Dental in Vaughn Mills and submitted the receipt as well. On Novemeber 8th I recieved an email from Opencare stating that it could not verify that I booked with Opencare. I did get very frustrated because I booked through Opencare and even received a text message with confirmation and was advised how to sumbit the receipt as Sunny Dental would not be providing the gift card for $100. It is highly unprofessional and confusing when I did all the steps necessary to receive the offer that Opencare was giving. I booked once in early October but the Albion location was not taking new patients and I was reccomended to look for other dentists. Once I did book and attend the appointment I am now being told I never booked with Opencare and therefore an not eligible for the offer.

I did not see the dr at this appointment I had a cleaning with the hygienist, I am so nervous getting any kind of dental work but the hygienist was so awesome!!! She was very knowledgeable, she explained everything she was going to do and answered all my questions. She was gentle, I did not feel any pain or discomfort during my appointment or any time after. I will be going back to see the hygienist and the dr in a few days and I’m not dreading it! Everyone I encountered in the office were so nice, I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr Wameed was very attentive in performing the exam, but also continued to ask if I felt ok while providing occasional breaks. She is very personable and provided plenty of instruction on up keep and how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. She took the time to be open and address any questions I had. Overall a great experience

Very clean and tidy dental practice. Friendly greeting and small talk when I came in made me comfortable. All the staff including the dentist were polite and gentle, and made sure to ask if I had any questions.
