Dr. Pita Dhaliwal

Dr. Dhaliwal is originally from the lower mainland. She graduated from the University of British Columbia and moved to Edmonton, where she first worked with Dr. O’Shea. As they relocated to beautiful Vernon, BC and became a husband and wife dental team, Dr. Dhaliwal continued to refine her skills with advanced training in cosmetic dentistry. At the California Institute of Advanced Cosmetics, she applied a natural eye for artistry and detail to create many lovely smile transformations. In addition to all aspects of general dentistry, she has always had a special interest in treating children, and pursued additional training in that area, as well. With a woman’s gentle touch, Dr. Dhaliwal has won the confidence of children throughout the North Okanagan. They actually look forward to visiting the dentist! She is educated and experienced in children’s sedation, helping very young and fearful kids get the dental care they need. While the dental practice keeps Dr. Dhaliwal quite busy, she treasures time spent with family. She and Dr. O’Shea have a son, Taron, and twin girls, Lara and Isla.
