Dr. George Carere

Dr. George Carere received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto in 1977. Kitchener-Waterloo has been home for himself, his wife and family ever since. Family is of utmost importance to Dr. Carere and he and his lovely wife have 3 awesome sons, 2 wonderful daughters-in-law and 6 very sweet grandchildren. In 1995, Dr. Carere had the honour of being among the first 12 dental surgeons in the country to be accepted into a 1 year residency and trained to surgically place dental implants under the guidance of the world renowned Dr. George Zarb at the University of Toronto. Passion, pride and a light touch are the words best suited to describe Dr. Carere’s abilities in the dental office. He enjoys working with people of all ages, satisfying all their dental needs, whether they be cosmetic or routine. He is well aware of just how important both a functional and aesthetic smile are to your well being. Dr. Carere is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons and the Ontario Dental Association, and knows that continuing dental education is an important part of providing the most up to date techniques for his patients.
