Overall my experience with Winchester dental 🦷 is satisfactory and fantastic.

As someone who’s always been scared of the dentist, this was a very calm experience despite being anxious. Dr.Cathy hong offer extensive explanation when going through my complete examination which was helpful. As well, I had a dental cleaning by the hygienist who was wonderful, and able to clean in a timely manner and fairly quietly as I mentioned not liking the sounds. Overall the staff were very friendly and excellent throughout my experience.

They were very attentive and friendly to all the patients. I love the way they explain everything throughout the entire procedure including the dental treatment and price breakdowns.

Dental hygienist was very good, thorough but gentle, and the dentist took the time to explain everything in detail, including in-house treatment proposals or referrals.

My visit was great and the checkup was thorough, only thing that would have been nice is the dentist could have told what they were going to do at every step like “now I’m going to remove plaque or now I’m starting polishing, etc.” I was a bit clueless as to what’s happening and I was moved around a bit from one seat to another, would have been nice to have it all done at one spot and would be good if the rooms had more privacy from other patients or sound proofing.

All professionals were nice and made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions and explained everything as they came up. Great environment and people. I'll definitely continue going there.

It was definitely a great experience for cleaning. The dentist was very explanative about the teeth and what affects it in future.

It was my first time at Winchester Dental and really liked my experience. All the staff were very friendly and professional. My exam was very thorough and the hygienist was very gentle. Doctor Paul also took his time to explain everything which was appreciated.

I’m really pleased with the service that I received at Winchester Dental. The dental hygienist, Kate, did an amazing job and was very thorough. Dr. Chin-You Samatha is very knowledgable and personable. She’s funny and she really seems like she cares about her patients and what she does. I did not feel rushed at all. Everyone took their time to explain things to me. I will definitely be coming back for future appointments.

They were not transparent of how much it would cost. I was only aware of the cost prior to coming in and they added a bunch of extra X-rays that I believe were over done
