What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
We are an established Family Practice that has been in Willingboro for almost 20 years. We are not one of the clinic type offices that have become so standard in dentistry today. We understand that many patients are apprehensive about seeing the dentist and we do everything possible to make each and every patient experience as comfortable for them as possible. We have a very caring staff who gets to know our patients and understand their needs. It is our mission to listen and understand our patients needs and give them the best dental treatment possible.
What are you and your team proud of at your practice?
We are proud of our office and our team. Our office is contemporary and new. We use the best materials for each procedure. We make sure that the patients understand the treatment they need but also inform them of their treatment options. Our office administrator sits with each patient to go over their dental insurance to let them know how their coverage works for them. We would never do work on a patient who is unaware of their co-pays and financial responsibility. We understand that patients do not like surprise fees after a treatment is complete. We go above and beyond for each patient so that their experience is pleasant both clinically and financially.
