Mindi was great and asked a lot of questions before we got started to make sure she understood my history. It was very interactive and we got a lot accomplished in the first session. I loved how it was more hands on vs. only using machines. She was also able to pinpoint the exact issue I was experiencing which was great to know. I would highly recommend her !

She assesses and knows exactly where and what to work on. Walked in like a pretzel and walked out feeling so much better with much improved range of motion.
