Biography

Miranda Hall is an FCAMPT physiotherapist, manual osteopath practitioner and life coach. Miranda has a Kinesiology degree, her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy and then went on to complete and achieved the designation of Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy (FCAMPT). She most recently studied Manual Osteopathy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. She complete her coursework and exams in 2017 and is currently completing her thesis. She values being able to approach injury or illness from many perspectives and techniques. She incorporates osteopathic philosophies and practices into her treatments. She incorporates mobilization and manipulation, manual osteopathic techniques, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation. Miranda has also studied life coaching to add resources to address beliefs and perspectives that contribute to systemic inflammation and repetitive inflammatory injuries and illnesses. She values addressing health and wellness from multiple levels. In her spare time, Miranda enjoys being outside and exploring in nature. She participates in many sports as well as mindfulness practices. She is always exploring the outdoors with friends locally and travelling the world.

Miranda is trained in physiotherapy and manual osteopathy which includes craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation. She is able to treat all structures in the body and highly versed regarding their interrelationships, interconnectedness and how the body works as a whole. With this knowledge she is skilled at finding the root cause to resolve your pain or injury and ensure it doesn’t return.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud that I have so many tools in my tool belt to help people. I really value being able to approach injury or illness from multiple perspectives to find the most effective and timely resolution to injury or illness.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating those injuries that are stopping you from living the life you want to live. Even if the pain is not stopping you from doing everything, you continue to have to modify your activities or lifestyle and are tired of not being able to do the things you love to do in life. Whether that is time with your family, your physical sports of activities or work related activities. I really love helping people get back to the things they love in life!
