I strive to provide the best services possible by helping you to feel deeply understood by considering all the aspects of your unique story and using therapeutic techniques that have been shown by research to be effective. I balance helping you gain greater understanding of yourself with taking action, supporting your every step. Working with me in therapy means having a conversation, just two people talking together. I embrace humor and honesty in therapy. My style is real, warm, and practical. I provide individual and group therapy as well as psychological evaluations (testing) for IQ, ADHD, Learning Disorders, and personality. I specialize in treating Eating Disorders, codependency, and perfectionism and anxiety. I offer group & individual therapy and psychological assessment. I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders in Denver, CO. I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University and completed my doctoral psychology internship at the University of California, Davis in the Eating Disorder Emphasis program. I have specialized in the treatment of eating disorders since 2008.
