Licensed psychologist specializing in collaborative psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma and relationship/family difficulties. Psychologist testing services include assessment for: AD/HD, learning disorders and giftedness, kindergarten readiness, mental health and personality. What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
I provide psychotherapy to individuals and families struggling with a wide range of difficulties including: relationship issues, self-esteem/body image/eating concerns, depression, anxiety, career related concerns as well as psychological trauma. Although certain challenges in life are very common, each individual's experience of those challenges is unique and I therefore place an emphasis on getting a deeper understanding a persons's difficulties within the context of his or her life. My approach is warm, collaborative and flexible to the needs of each individual or family.
What are you and your team proud of at your practice?
I have experience working in a variety of settings, including hospitals, university counseling centers, community mental health clinics and family therapy services in addition to private practice. This range of experience, along with masters degrees in both clinical and counseling psychology, and Ph.D. in clinical psychology, serve as a firm foundation for providing you with the highest quality mental health care.
