Kind and attentive staff. My cleaning procedures went smoothly and quickly. The only room for improvement I can see is the atmosphere of the clinic - brighter and warmer lighting with modern renovation is needed, as the current setting is a bit unwelcoming with outdated furniture and decor

My experience at this dental clinic was disappointing. The hygienist was excellent, thorough, professional, and kind, but the main dentist seemed more focused on selling services than providing care. She suggested braces for me due to slight flattening of my teeth, something that my dentist of two years never recommended. She even made the same suggestion for my husband, which made me feel it was a sales tactic rather than a genuine medical recommendation. I strongly believe that focusing on quality care should be the priority rather than trying to push additional services. This approach felt unprofessional and unethical, prioritizing profit over patient well-being.
