After a long time of not going to a dentist, I was happy to have chosen Collingwood Community Dentist for my returning care. All staff I encountered took care of me well and were patient with my inquiries. Dr. Wong called after my visit for a follow up check up. Recommended!

I was looking for a new dentist. After my first visit with Dr. Jaren, I am confident that I will get the dental care I need with him and his team. Looking forward to future appointments.

Staff was friendly and Dr is kind and detailed in explaining things. It was my first visit so I did a lot of x-ray's.

Really happy I found this clinic. The cleaning by the hygienists Jas and Sharon was amazing, very detailed and thorough. Dentist Dr. Jaren is also fantastic. They are really patient and make sure to explain everything clearly so you never feel confused or rushed. 10/10 would recommend.

The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options, including their uses and long term implications, at exactly the level of detail I needed. I have never had a doctor like this in the best way possible. The entire visit felt very personalized, and I felt completely comfortable and never pressured to proceed with anything. She is an excellent doctor, and I would gladly return. Her assistant was also very welcoming and thoughtful, which made the entire visit feel warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for attentive and compassionate care.

The dentist and hygienist were very good, but the communication with the front office staff was very poor. There were multiple requests to ensure that my insurance was covered before booking appointments and those requests were never honoured so I ended up paying out of pocket.

I don’t like going to the dentist and I recently had to change dentists but I gave open care a chance and they led me to collingwood and honestly I liked my appointments. I don’t like that the parking around is a little hard and time sensitive but if you find the right spot, everything is fine.
