I’ve always felt anxious when going to the dentist but I want to thank the staff for making me feel comfortable and less anxious.

Nice, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable experience

I was not greeted at the front desk upon arrival (a greeter might help with this). They did have an automated machine for check in which was helpful. The office appeared short-staffed, and the entire process—from start to finish for a standard cleaning—took approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was told that being short-staffed is not typical for them. The experience felt overly sales-oriented, particularly when I was told that a product would be more expensive if I did not purchase it during my visit. I was also charged a new-patient fee, which was only communicated after the cleaning had already been completed. I have not visited many dental offices, but in my previous experiences, I have never owed additional money for a basic cleaning. I am insured through Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and personable, which I appreciated.

Everyone was super friendly! They got to the point especially because I’m in so much pain and there’s already a detailed treatment plan in place for me. I would recommend people here because all staff are friendly and place is very clean and very nice!
