The front office staff was going to have another dentist see me, but when I said I was told I was scheduled with Dr Koa (and she overheard me) they arranged me to be seen by Dr. Koa. It doesn't hurt, but there was a small bit that was scratched off and bleeding slightly. The assistant of the office was also friendly, but he frequently dropped things and did things seemingly incorrectly.
