🚨 Avoid This Clinic – Dishonest Billing and Incomplete Care 🚨 Absolutely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. This clinic engages in what feels like deliberate miscommunication and financial manipulation. They never disclosed the full price of services upfront, and waited until the very end of the appointment to reveal the actual cost—by then, you’re cornered with no way to back out. Despite my insurance covering a full cleaning, they only did half of it and told me I’d need to book another appointment (and pay again!) just to complete what should’ve been done the first time. This isn’t just poor practice—it borders on malpractice. They refuse to be transparent about what you’ll owe out of pocket after insurance, and the staff provided confusing or misleading information when questioned. Everything felt like it was designed to maximize their billing, not support your dental health. I strongly urge others to be cautious—this clinic does not operate with integrity or patient-first values. If you care about honest care and fair billing, look elsewhere.
