Incomplete treatment because of dentist busy schedule, gums were hurt multiple times.

Rushed appointment, even after booking appointment ahead of the time procedure was incomplete( asking for another visit to complete exams) Also painful experience, gums were hurt multiple times.

Had a great experience at Jackson Square Dental Center! The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the wait time was minimal. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The office itself was clean and well organized, and the whole team made what's usually a stressful appointment feel easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental clinic that actually cares about their patients

I was quite nervous about my first visit, but the entire team made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The dentist was exceptionally thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the examination. Outstanding service and a remarkably stress-free experience—I'll definitely be returning for my routine checkups!

They are great. Very professional and cooperative.

Dental hygenist, admin and front office staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Himani yook time tyo answer my questions and educate me pn better Dental hygiene. I had an unnecessarily painful procedure because dentist didn't listen to me an address pain concerns promptly and adequately. Subsequent treatment was better, but I think there's opportunity to really take time to listen to and believe patients

It was one of the most informative dental appointment I have ever had. The dentist informed me about all problems and explained my different options

Might get a second opinion on my options not sure yet

I had a great experience at this dental office yesterday. The cleaning was thorough and done very professionally, and I was especially happy with the discounted price compared with other dentists. The dentist was also very helpful in explaining that I have a cavity that should be filled at my next appointment. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care, value, and friendly service. Highly recommended!

All of the staff were professional and friendly. Washroom was very clean

Staff and my hygienist as well knowledgeable and friendly. Probably the best I’ve ever had. The dentist unfortunately would have to give her a -5 stars. Treated me like I was stupud. I’ll find her name and update this review to leave a bad review for the dentist doctor. May want to choose a different line of work.
