Day one was a free x-ray and examination. They took down my insurance info, was patient, and all my appointments was quick with no pain. I required teeth to be pulled and was expecting pain, and it felt like two pitches. It was done in less than one hour, and done perfectly. They were about 15 mins late but very apologetic and had a coffee station in the meantime, so I appreciated that. I was told I would have a cleaning on the same day but that changed and they had to rebook a different day. My first time meeting everyone was genuine and welcoming. Dr. Ramirez was very knowledgeable and showed true concern for my overall health. Both her and Jackie were friendly and professional. Office is clean and newer. Would’ve liked some dental floss or “loot bag” but not a big deal. Definitely more pros and minimal cons. Reception ladies were quite nice and helpful. I did like the fact that they provided paperwork for all the financials.
