I went there for a filling of my teeth and asked the all the things properly but the thing i didn’t like they told me that everything is covered in your insurance i asked them 3-4 time but there ans was same they didn’t explain me that this much part of your payment will insurance cover and rest you have to pay but they didn’t told me anything about it and when i went to checkout they handed me the bill to pay for that is really unprofessional to hide things to your customers.

However, I did not expect my visit to last just over 2 hours for a cleaning and some xrays (especially as my previous dentist had emailed across my latest xrays). Staff were friendly, but there did not appear to be any urgency. This type of appointment has typically only taken an hour at my previous dentists.
