The staff at Urbn Dental definitely felt like family. Warm comfortable atmosphere and the Dentist and Hygienist were very thorough. 10/10! I've found my new dentist office!

I was set up to meet with Nicholas Ayoade and they said they don’t have a doctor there by that name. When I pulled out my confirmation with his picture they said OHHH we call him Dr. Nick. Anyway that’s who my appt was set up with but I saw Dr. Nguyen instead. Also I kept getting emails/texts that I had missed my appointment but I had checked in and was sitting in the chair. I also didn’t expect to pay that much for my service because my insurance covers maintenance care. I didn’t find out how much I had to pay until my X-rays were almost completed. I paid close to $500 out of pocket. I also got another bill from my insurance.

They explained everything clearly, were kind and patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I was amazed to see how effective the treatment was right away! I received the best cleaning I ever had from here. Everything was very thorough and I learned a lot about my dental health and things I need to do to ensure everything goes well for me in the future in regards to my smile. I look forward to my next visit.

Urbn dental city centre is my new dentist. First, the staff is so friendly - I saw Betty and Vivian and Dr Beshay were amazing. Checked in many times and were fast, yet effective, personable and very kind. At the front desk, Cher was so wonderful to interact with as well - just kind and full of positivity (they all were). I didn’t get everyone’s names that I interacted with but everyone was friendly and kind. The dental experience was as comfortable as it could be and Dr Beshay went above and beyond. I was an irregular dental-appt goer before but I have found the right dentist for me - and will be keeping up with my appointments. Parking was easy - right in front of the clink and they validate your parking.

The appointment was very informative and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took their time to answer my questions. I left feeling confident about my dental care plan.

Like most people in the world attending the dentist is and has always been a nerve racking experience for me. For years I avoided going altogether. This is the first time I’ve ever been in a doctors office and actually ENJOYED being there and didn’t feel like I was receiving less than care. It’s also the first time I’ve ever been excited to go back for treatment! The staff were kind and courteous the entire time and the doctor was insanely friendly, personable, knowledgeable, detailed, and attentive!

I had a great experience here! The entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office is clean and modern, and they explained every step of my treatment clearly. I especially appreciated how attentive and patient the staff was with all my questions.
