Both the dental hygienist and the doctor were excellent! The billing rep also provided options and was very helpful. Awesome dental office, will definitely continue my appointments here in the future.

The financial representative came in too strong too fast. I was very confused by the approach, demeanor and pricing. He made it seem like $1400 was normal for a deep cleaning and wasn’t thorough. Sure I could reduce the amount by opting out of laser therapy, but I wasn’t even give the explanation for pros/cons of the therapy. I felt like I was definitely beneath them and that I didn’t belong at an establishment that increasing their pricing because of different zip codes. He specifically mentioned that prices increase for different zip codes.

The facility and care were of an overall high quality. I would recommend if you are in the market for a new, modern dentist.

My appointment was great, they explained everything very thoroughly. I felt comfortable and well informed about the procedures I needed.

I really enjoyed my visit with dental office. I was astonished at the way they presented themselves and how everything was handled. I'm happy to say I found a great new place to keep my teeth nice and clean.

URBN Dental Heights was great! I went in for a checkup and cleaning and was really impressed with the technology used to provide clear imaging of my teeth and mouth health. Dr. Chae was so nice and informative, Alexa was friendly and helpful, Kim did a fantastic job on my cleaning, and the front desk team was amazing and so friendly but Krystal really was so nice!

Good care for cleaning.. Didn’t send both of the treatments I needed to my insurance for some reason now I’m waiting on the second treatment to get approved by insurance.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to the Heights location due to small facility, it being on the 2nd floor while being treated under heavy drugs. Also in a lot of pain for the deep cleaning due to getting a shot in every tooth.

Best visit

From the moment I walked in to the end of my visit, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I am terrified of dentists but the entire staff made sure to let me know that I was in good hands. I felt at ease with them. All my dental work going forward will be with Urbn Dental.

Dr. Marlyn was great! Very nice and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Dr. C was very informative when explaining my oral health. Office was really clean, the staff was really helpful I easing my stress of dental offices. They will explain your dental plan from most important to least so that you can prioritize your care which is really helpful.

Great bedside manner, very honest & friendly staff…office decor is super cool!!
