Arrived early and went in early, everything was ready. All processes were smooth and took no time at all. Came out with clean teeth.

The premises and equipment were top, that is why I put positive stars. Staff was polite and professional. I went at a time that in my case I waited almost nothing. But I left this dental office feeling quite disappointed and uncomfortable with the overall experience. I went in expecting a routine cleaning, as I have maintained regular dental care, but was instead told that only a deep cleaning would be performed and that a standard cleaning was no longer an option for me. This approach not only felt rushed in its transition from a traditional cleaning to a high-cost adjunctive treatment, but also presented an unexpected out-of-pocket expense. There was a strong push toward a full deep dental cleaning with adjunctive laser therapy, which was presented as necessary without offering a clear, stepwise or alternative plan. What concerned me most was the financial side of this recommendation. The deep cleaning and laser treatment came with significant out-of-pocket costs, and the billing explanation felt more like an upsell than a collaborative discussion about my care. I value transparency and patient-centered communication, and I did not feel that my concerns about treatment efficiency, cost, or the denial of a traditional cleaning were fully acknowledged. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I left unsure whether my best interests were truly the priority and without any treatment done except for a lot of time focus on getting diagnostics and equipment use to justify the time billed to my insurance.

Had a great experience at URBN Dental Implants & Invisalign in Montrose. The facility was clean and modern, and the staff were helpful, accommodating, and thorough every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dental office that actually cares about their patients.

the staff is so friendly and well attentive, i got my braces done here and the experience has so has been super good. the place is really clean and maintained and they have tv's on the roof so you can stay entertained during long treatments

Thoughtful staff that explained every part of the exam. The atmosphere is comfortable and feels a bit more laid back compared to sterile hospital like setting. No pressure approach and long term goals set with the doctor and hygienist. Definitely recommend if you want a more personal experience

Everyone at URBN Dental was friendly and professional from beginning to end. They are definitely worth the drive from Rosenberg Texas to Montrose areas in Houston, TX
