The facility was decent and the treatment was done professionally. I do feel communication could be much much better. Ask before providing a service so I know what to expect at billing.

The staff were all very kind, patient and professional. Receptionist was very helpful.

I waited 1.5 hours even after taking the appointment. I spent 4 hours in the clinic for a basic cleaning and xray. The staff added random tests without consulting me for which I was charged. They were very unhelpful- didn’t even know how to get the quote of the procedures I am getting done from the clinic. I had to pay on the spot even though it was supposed to be claimed and had to claim it later on. The dentist also didn’t seem very knowledgeable. Had a very bad experience- will never go again!

Excellent dental office, Dr explained my condition very well and also the follow up treatment.

Had a good experience with the Dr and in particular the Dental hygienist, there was virtually no waiting time and went through the process of Scan, X-ray, Cleaning and Polishing one after the other. The staff was courteous and explained the process well.

The staff were very friendly and the treatment was pain free. They took their time for the treatment.

Well professional Dr.Farah who examined and explained in detail on treatment plan. Dental clinic is super hygienic and receptionist explains well the insurance coverage in detail.
