The procedure itself was done, but I was hurt in the process. I ended up with scratches on my chin and lips because the instruments were not handled carefully. As dental professionals, they should know that causing even small injuries is dangerous as they can lead to bigger wounds or infection. I hope the team reads this and improves their precision, as this should not happen to a patient.
