Front desk staffs were professional. Overall experience was OK.

Booked an appointment for cleaning. Made me wait more than 1.5 hours. Just to do scanning which took less than 10mins and then asked me to book another appointment for the cleaning

Very nice staff but when they say "you won't feel a thing" that wasn't true for me,

I had a cleaning done at Shahad Thomas Dental, and the service was very good. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My mouth feels great, and the overall experience was excellent. I definitely recommend them!

The hygienist was great, very thorough, gentle, and professional. My only issue is that there’s always a wait, even when you have an appointment. It would be nice if the timing was a bit more consistent, but overall the care itself is ok.

The staff was great and super nice, I will go again for my next cleanning in six months
