Good for first time visit. I have to get second opinion on with filling they recommend I do within 6 months. Last time another dentist said something similar and I don't have a good experience on that.

Appointment was ok. Lots of bleeding from scaling- I tend to bleed but this seemed excessive compared to usual. The dentist appointment was good- dentist was kind and thorough. Also lots of follow up required to get copies of my invoices.

overall it was good, but more uncomfortable than my previous dentists

Dr. Cui Cui was a delight—professional, attentive, and provided refreshingly personalized care. However, the experience at the front desk did not meet my expectations. Care from reception was inconsistent for me; some receptionists came off as impatient and dismissive, which soured the overall experience.

The open care staff was not very helpful with setting up the cashless bill in which I would pay only the remaining amount after insurance deduction. The expectation was that I apply for a refund from insurance after making full payment which was.. not okay.
