I had a new patient checkup including xray done. Facility is clean and modern, staff is friendly, cleaning and cavity checkup was done thoroughly.

I booked an appointment for 4:30 p.m., but it was rescheduled to 3:30 p.m. I arrived before the appointment time, yet my treatment did not begin until 4:00 p.m. I was under the impression that I would receive a teeth cleaning during my visit, but they only performed a check-up. I asked if we could proceed with the cleaning because that was the main reason I came in, but I was told that the procedure would take an hour. Overall, my expectations for the visit were not met. Not receiving the cleaning, along with the rescheduling and extended waiting time, made me feel that my time was wasted, as I came in expecting treatment that I ultimately did not receive.
