Dr. Michele Bishop

Dr. Michele Bishop is a family and cosmetic dentist with over two decades of experience helping patients in San Antonio rediscover the confidence of a healthy, beautiful smile. Her passion for dentistry is deeply personal — as a teenager, she was too embarrassed about her own teeth to smile, and it was dentistry that changed her life. That experience shapes everything she does: she listens with compassion, provides honest guidance on all available options, and always puts her patients' best interests first. Dr. Bishop earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. Before opening Ingram Hills Dental, she dedicated years to public health dentistry in New Mexico, earning recognition as one of Albuquerque's top public health dentists. She served as Clinical Dental Supervisor and Faculty Liaison for the dental residency program at the University of New Mexico, and provided dental services to low-income families and the uninsured in South Texas through Methodist Healthcare Ministries. She also made history as the first female Chairman of the Board for Delta Dental of New Mexico. Outside the office, Dr. Bishop is happily married to her husband Mark and is the proud mom of their daughter Reagan. She enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and volunteering in the community. She also co-hosts a fun YouTube channel called Tipsy Tooth Talk, where she and a friend explore dental topics alongside cocktail recipes.
