I was not told I would need to put a public review when I signed up for the opencare offer to get the gift card. This is something that should be told beforehand

Visited for my teeth cleaning. Had complete teeth scan and feedback in initial appointment and teeth cleaning in next appointment . They validate the parking also just ask during the call for initial appointment.

Terrible first impression. I booked via Opencare and received a vague SMS asking me to complete paperwork. When I called to clarify, the staff member refused to give her name, was rude, and said they’re “not Opencare,” so it wasn’t their problem. She then hung up on me. I called back to understand what happened, and she hung up again after I asked to cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional attitude from the front desk. I cancelled — I do not recommend this clinic at all.
