Nice place, nice people.

Everyone was friendly. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The dentist and hygienist were gentle and caring.

His very knowledgeable about his job and deliver great communication with patients about the issue and if issue need to be taken care by an specialist, he'll do his best to get you an appointment ASAP.

Cleaning, exam and x rays went great. They did not keep me waiting a long time and worked efficiently without unnecessary pain. The front desk, dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were all nice and good at their jobs. Hopefully everything will go well with the procedures too.

Dr Waind has vast experience in the dental field. I appreciate his work, he did most of my fillings and I’m very satisfied with the results!

Mark was very professional and helpful with his advice. I had no problems with the cleaning by the assistant. From booking to actually going to the office, the overall process was smooth. Availability was tough to find as a new customer (had to book two months in advance) but once in the system, it's easy to book the next appointment in advance. The office also provided many reminders by call and text.

Detailed inspection of my teeth and gums and recommended followup appointments to fix them. The recommendations are genuine and not something to make money.

No complaints here. The staff was personable, friendly, and extremely professional. Alanna, my hygienist, took the time to explain what she was doing at every step of the visit, and made sure that we were on the same page. The equipment was new, clean, and I have no complaints.

One of the best dentists in city! On-time, caing and very supportive. Great view was an additional perk 🙂

The office was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly. Appointment was on time and efficient. It is slightly hard to find the office, but the staff send a detailed email ahead of time -- just make sure to plan a little extra time to navigate.

I was super impressed with this dental practice. They were very thorough and professional and downright NICE! I think it’s probably the best cleaning I’ve ever had.

Sound Dentistry Seattle and Dr. Waind were great. They worked with me to reschedule my appointment when my plans changed, were courteous and good at explaining what was happening, made scheduling follow ups easy, had a clean office in a convenient location, showed me the X-rays and pictures showing where and why I (unfortunately) needed fillings, and also let me pick what to put on Netflix while they were working on me. I hadn’t done a great job of brushing recently which has made me scared to go to the dentist but Dr. Waind and his staff were very welcoming and made the whole process stress free.

Everything was so streamlined and easy. Text reminders, online patient forms, validated parking. The staff was so great.

Easy to set up an appointment and everyone in their front office were super friendly and helpful! I had some trouble getting to the office -- it's inside a large office building. But the front desk folks easily talked me through how to find them! I have a hard time with dental work and everyone who worked on me was very cognizant of it and worked hard to make me comfortable!

Dr. Waind's office got me in quickly as a new patient. All of the staff were extremely friendly. I really appreciated all of the COVID precautions that they were taking in addition to being a good intake visit for a new patient. X-rays etc were very modern and thorough. Also parking was very straightforward despite being right downtown.

I really loved my experience with Dr. Waind's office. The hygienists were all super nice as well as the front office staff. They helped me address my concerns right away and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to a long relationship with their office.
