Even though my appointment set with Joanna I was evaluated by Nadia who is real b***ch I would say. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Icon Dental. I came in for a routine cleaning that is fully covered by my insurance, but instead of receiving professional care, I experienced pain, bleeding, and what felt like unnecessarily rough handling during the appointment. My mouth was visibly bruised afterward, which is unacceptable for a standard cleaning visit. What was even more concerning was the pressure I received to undergo a deep cleaning that would cost approximately $350 out of pocket. I clearly stated multiple times that I was only there for my covered cleaning and was not interested in additional procedures. Despite this, I was repeatedly pushed toward the deep cleaning as if it were my only option. To ensure I was making the right decision, I visited another dental clinic the following day. After a thorough evaluation, they confirmed that I do NOT require a deep cleaning. This raises serious concerns about whether your team is recommending unnecessary treatments. Additionally, I found certain comments made during my visit to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I felt judged based on my background, and suggesting that I should “ask my husband to help pay” was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Overall, this experience felt more like a sales-driven interaction than patient care. I did not feel respected, heard, or properly treated. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to seek care elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both clinical practices and patient communication. I need to be compensated for the horrible experience I have gone through.

Great staff, really friendly and knowledgeable

I had a great first visit at Icon Dental Center. The team was friendly and professional, and although it was just my initial examination, the experience was very positive and I plan to return for future care.

The team was great and friendly. I got there a bit earlier and they started the process immediately! The dental assistant was great, once she was done the doc came quickly too. I was done within an hour.

Everyone was super friendly. They also don’t try to over treat. I was afraid of the dentist because my appointment a few years ago the dentist tried to suggest treatment that was in the thousands here they only suggested what I actually needed and suggested any cosmetics things for when I’m ready. Appreciate the honesty and not trying to get money out of me. The staff was super friendly and very respectful too, probably the nicest I’ve ever experienced highly reccomend if you are nervous of the dentist!
