My hygienist and doctor were great and offered good advice.

My experience to Adelaide Dental was fine and I have my next appointment booked already. Great location for those that work in the downtown core. It's also a bonus that they're open on Saturday.

My appointment went smooth and well. I was happy with the staff who were attentive and made me feel comfortable during my visit.

Nice dentist office. Very quiet and comfortable environment. The dentist was able to address all my questions.

Would not recommend this clinic, a couple of reasons: 1 - They do not do pre-determination ahead of time even if insurance information is provided to them. You run a risk of being surprised with the items/procedures they attempt to charge you AFTER your appointment. 2 - Their phone does not work, goes straight to voice mail. For some reason it does not phaze their receptionist that there are no phone calls? I was sitting at the front for 15 mins and zero calls. When I brought this up with the receptionist, she plainly denied it even after I called the number in front of her. 3 - Condesending tone and manner of communication is not of a pleasant medical professional. "are you following?" while blinding you with the light didn't feel professional.
