I have had trouble trying to get recent X-Rays from my previous dental office but the staff have been very helpful with this process and it is getting sorted out. I had a cleaning today and I left feeling great. As I left the office today numerous staff asked how I enjoyed my visit and wished me well. Wonderful staff here. I do want to say though I would have appreciated it if it was a scent-free zone. most practices and hospitals are now doing to the fact most of us dont have a sent toleration. but I loved the ladies that worked on my teeth. they were very informative, very thorough, super friendly. I got friendly opinions and options from the practitioner that were much appreciated. I unexpectedly got a ‘bunch’ of X-rays done that I did not ask for however. I also commend the Customer Service provided by the front desk as well as the Dental Assistant and the Student in training, everyone was very friendly. Dr. Magder's professionalism was great. He was very open about what's going on with my teeth and explained in detail what needs to be done and also the different options as well as what he thinks is the best way to deal with it. If you have insurance coverage, they do the communication with your insurance company as well.
