Experience is good

I can only say that this is the best dentistry that I've ever been to. Doctor Kwan is very knowledgeable and she explained everything thoroughly, she also sent a referral to root canal specialist for a second opinion to help me make the right decisions. The hygenist Abigail was. very friendly and their receptionist did a great job. I cant wait to refer my family and friends to this clinic.

I loved the services provided by dr khan and the nurse who did my cleaning

had a root canal done and, unfortunately, I’ve had many in the past — this was hands down the best one I’ve ever had. The dentist explained everything she was doing as she went, which I didn’t realize I’d appreciate as much as I did, but it really helped me feel calm and comfortable. She was extremely gentle, and the procedure was practically painless. They even had a support for my mouth so I didn’t have to strain to keep it open, and I actually fell asleep during the appointment. The staff were also incredibly kind and got me in quickly when I was in pain. I’ll definitely be returning for more treatment and feel very confident in their care. Highly recommend!

This clinic is great if you are looking for a clinic who takes care of you!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My appointment for a new patient exam and cleaning at 11:15 a.m. turned into a complete waste of time. I arrived early, finished all the paperwork before my scheduled time, and then spent the next two hours waiting — only to leave without a cleaning. The dental assistant was the only professional person I encountered that day — efficient, kind, and respectful. Everyone else made it clear that patient time means absolutely nothing to this office. After my X-rays, I sat waiting for the doctor, who was late and didn’t even bother to apologize. Then I was told to wait again for the hygienist — another 30+ minutes on top of the two hours I’d already been there. When I asked how much longer, I was told “15–20 more minutes.” So apparently they expect patients to block off three hours for a basic cleaning. Completely ridiculous. As a busy parent, I had to leave without being seen. This was not only a massive waste of time but also a waste of my insurance coverage. The disorganization, lack of communication, and total disregard for patients’ schedules are unacceptable. I won’t be returning — and I strongly suggest this office take a serious look at its scheduling and professionalism issues before more patients walk out the door like I did.
