Dr. Li's a nice guy - seems like a solo practice - you meet and interact with Dr Li regarding your dental health. Hygienists were all very nice people. It is only Dr. Li in the office so it is not a high traffic office which is nice. Very well located and lots of free parking. I'm glad to see services like Opencare offer such services where they easily pair you up with dentist around your area with likeminded people also share their experiences (i.e. reviews). This definitely helped me narrow down my search for a dentist and I'm glad I was able to get paired up with Li Family Dental that gave me a terrific first experience thus far. She explained and great detail everything you needed to know about my teeth and explained in details the procedures and process to be done to my teeth. The staff were all friendly and the place was very clean and modern. Ialso have bad gag reflex but that does not seem to happen during my visits. I guess it is due to the fact that I feel calm and relaxed. The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The doctor did an excellent job on my teeth that had bad decay and cavity.
