All the staff were very friendly and very thorough on cleaning my teeth.

They told 90% covered at first with my insurance. And I paid 66$ as balance 10%. After the dental cleaning, they told me that something wrong with the estimates given and asked me to pay another 397$. I was in pain post dental cleaning and couldn’t do much. And inquired to my friends who has same insurance coverage, they paid only the 70$ not like 463$ (66$ + 397$) Highly not recommended

My first experience with Smiles Plus was good - could have been great with a bit more communication, attention to detail and with a slightly more experienced x-ray technician/staff member. I will go again for another cleaning in 6 months to give them another shot!

I had a cleaning and a checkup. My hygienist was Helen and she was great with listening to my concerns and also asking questions and making me feel comfortable during the appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the health of my gums and what scans would be necessary to get a better picture of the health of my gums and teeth. My Dentist was Dr. Parisa, she was very amicable, very easy to talk to as well as listening to my concerns and providing her professional evaluation. The receptionist was also very helpful with helping me figure out my insurance as well as helping me get the best deal possible and walking me through the different procedures that can be removed to reduce the cost. This practice truly does care that you get the bang for your buck. They don't pressure you into doing more procedures to increase their profits but rather focuses on educating the patient on the purpose of these procedures and what future benefits it would provide and let you make the decision that you think is best. They truly want you to get the best experience for the best financial cost. Would definitely come back!!!
