I would advise going 15-20 minutes earlier if it's your first time, as the patient form is extensive. The hygienist gave me a tour of the practice and explained what would happen during my cleaning. Then X-rays were taken during my appointment, as well as a checkup by the dentist himself. The hygienist and doctor were very thorough, explaining the state of my teeth after the cleaning and when I would need a follow-up appointment. You also receive a bag with a toothbrush, floss and toothpaste as you leave. The dental hygienists were friendly, as was the receptionist. Most importantly the dentist was great!
