I had a very good experience, Doc had explained the current condition of my teeth and problems with it also best possible solution to it. Also she explained how I can avoid future issues with teeth. Suggested me to get my wisdom teeth extracted as it does not add any value while eating and I have a cavity on it.

It is a good place to get your dental checkup done but seems like the staff are always in a hurry and are reluctant to answer questions to the best. Also, they forgot to send me my receipt for which i had to remind them. But anyway service is fine!!

At first, everything was going well until I noticed a white stain left on my tooth. I asked the staff how it could be removed or if there were any recommendations. However, she repeatedly told me that there was no recommendation and insisted that the stain was already on my tooth before I came in. She kept repeating this in a loud voice, which was very uncomfortable. I later realized that she was not the dentist but only an assistant and was unable to provide proper guidance. I asked to speak with the dentist instead. When the dentist came, she clearly explained that the stain should fade within 2–3 days, and if it remained, I could return and she would fix it. I appreciate how the dentist handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with how the first staff member acted, as she raised her voice and did not handle my concern appropriately.

The doctor should introduce themselves to the patient, review the dental X-rays obtained, and provide an explanation of the procedure or treatment that was performed.

The staff are very good and helpful to provide appointments and also reminding about it. Doctor also good checked thoroughly and suggested accordingly
