What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
As a licensed psychologist, I have over 20 years of psychotherapy experience. I have an individualized approach to therapy. We will work together to assess your strengths, determine challenges, and set goals. I believe in providing therapy that focuses on the whole person: emotional, physical, and spiritual health. We will first examine your coping skills and begin problem solving. Further self-exploration and emotional healing promotes long-term growth that enhances your quality of life. Our job is to discover and implement changes that will help you to feel better about yourself, strengthen your relationships, and help you cope better with the stresses of life.
What are you and your team proud of at your practice?
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing therapy for depression and anxiety, relationship and work issues, trauma recovery, grief and loss, and coping with chronic pain and illness. I believe in a personalized approach that builds on strengths and develops coping skills to help individuals attain a sense of empowerment, inner peace, and personal growth.
