Thank you to all the staff for all the patience and understanding dealing with me and my extreme anxiety today. I really appreciate it and am embarrassed at my unhealthy behavior, I have been a wreck since booking my appointment. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Burnaby Dentist & Orthodontist and am so glad I was referred here, my dental anxiety will never go away but at least I know my oral health is in good hands. **Staff is very reactive to pain signals and adjust treatment as needed. They don't rush you through the treatment and actual took the time to explain everything. I don't remember ever having so much time with the Dentist when my cleaning was done, it's usually a hit-and-run

Parking is convenient at the back, and they have a 3D scanning machine for your teeth, which I didn’t see at my previous clinic. The staff are friendly and care about your dental health. Overall, it was a good experience—I’ve already recommended it to my wife.

My new patient exam was so detailed! I’ve never had a dental clinic provide so much detailed explanation on the scans/xrays diagnostics process. Everyone was so kind and it was overall a pleasant experience. Will be back!

I had a great first appointment with Dr. Naik and my hygienist. They were thorough with explanation and super friendly. Very transparent with which procedure was free versus paid. They also prepared me for the appointment with an estimate of out-of-pocket cost after running through my insurance. I am glad it's also so close to my home. Looking forward to the next checkup! Overall recommend to anyone.

There's a lot to improve, including privacy and long waiting times. It took me two hours or more just to get a basic cleaning. Also, equipment-wise, I think it needs to be improved significantly.

Dental hygienist, receptionist and dentist were friendly and nice. All their equipment seemed new, would go there again

The staff were welcoming and professional, and the clinic itself was clean and well-organized. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated the thoroughness of the exam and the friendly approach of the entire team. Looking forward to continuing my dental care here!

Staff was friendly and organized. Easy to schedule with good availability during the week and weekend. Great use of technology such as x-ray and 3d scanning that are immediately viewable on screen.
