As per their request, I sent my insurance on jun 30. Today, they cannot find the record.

Best clinic i have ever been to everything was great i felt very special in every way excellent service

There's a lot to improve, including privacy and long waiting times. It took me two hours or more just to get a basic cleaning. Also, equipment-wise, I think it needs to be improved significantly.

Dental hygienist, receptionist and dentist were friendly and nice. All their equipment seemed new, would go there again

I recently visited Burnaby Dentist & Orthodontist's for my initial examination and had a great first experience. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the clinic itself was clean and well-organized. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated the thoroughness of the exam and the friendly approach of the entire team. Looking forward to continuing my dental care here!

Staff was friendly and organized. Easy to schedule with good availability during the week and weekend. Great use of technology such as x-ray and 3d scanning that are immediately viewable on screen.

I had a great experience at Burnaby Dentist & Orthodontist. The staff were very friendly and understanding, especially since I had a bad experience at another clinic.
