I had a great time at Burnaby dentist and Orthodontist. My hygienist was polite, detailed and took the time to explain the equipment, X-rays and the health of my teeth. The clinic was clean, had state of the art technology and easy parking. The doctor was very well versed in dental care and told me what my options were and genuinely cared for my teeth and not just to upsell me procedures.

This is one of the best dentist places I have ever visited. Even though they cancelled my original appointment, they followed up well and gave me new appointment in my convenient time. They gave me clear details about my teeth health and recommended me to do some fillings for decayed ones.

I really appreciate it and am embarrassed at my unhealthy behavior, I have been a wreck since booking my appointment. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Burnaby Dentist & Orthodontist and am so glad I was referred here, my dental anxiety will never go away but at least I know my oral health is in good hands. **Staff is very reactive to pain signals and adjust treatment as needed. They don't rush you through the treatment and actual took the time to explain everything. I don't remember ever having so much time with the Dentist when my cleaning was done, it's usually a hit-and-run

Parking is convenient at the back, and they have a 3D scanning machine for your teeth, which I didn’t see at my previous clinic. The staff are friendly and care about your dental health. Overall, it was a good experience—I’ve already recommended it to my wife.

My new patient exam was so detailed! I’ve never had a dental clinic provide so much detailed explanation on the scans/xrays diagnostics process. Everyone was so kind and it was overall a pleasant experience. Will be back!
