I had my first visit to Burnaby Dentist & Orthodontist today, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staffs were welcoming and professional, and everything was well-organized and on time. The dental hygienist was very thorough yet gentle during the cleaning, and took the time to explain what they were doing and answer my questions. I really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel throughout the appointment. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and had a very calm atmosphere. Overall, it made what is usually a routine appointment feel much more pleasant. I’m glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental clinic.

I had a great initial appointment! Sandrine did my cleaning and it was the least painful treatment I’ve had, she was very gentle and thorough. She and Berna were very fun to chat with during my appointment and the facility was very clean and modern!

I have severe dental anxiety, but Dr. Sasa and the hygienist were incredibly patient and understanding. They explained everything before they did it and checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable. If you're nervous about dental work, this is the place to go.

The staff were friendly and very attentive. They do things with care and patient and took the time to explain what's going on with my teeth and provided recommendations to help me make informed decisions.

Went for a new patient visit and received very thorough dental xray and imaging done. Explanations were detailed and clear. Would go back.
