Had a night guard procedure, and they were using a new technology to map my teeth that I haven't seen before. Looked like very new equipment!

The dental hygienist I saw (Jason) was possibly the most thorough and detail oriented hygienist I'd ever seen. He was truly interested in my oral health and was fantastic at explaining everything. Sadly, I only saw the dentist, who did not introduce himself to me or speak to me at all, for about 60 seconds. As a healthcare professional myself, it was a little shocking to experience.

The experience was good

This was my first time here, and had a fantastic experience with everyone I met! Elaha was my hygienist and she was lovely - friendly, efficient, and made sure I was well informed at all stages of my appointment, which made me feel at ease. She also ensured I wasn’t billed for something that was done, but turns out I didn’t actually need at this time (I would never have realized had she not told me). Only saw Dr. Lin briefly, but appreciated that he was very no-nonsense and transparent about whether I actually needed any work done for minor issues (he didn’t think I did). I also wanted to give a shoutout to Shannon and Diana at the front desk, who both went above and beyond - from getting me booked in, getting my complicated insurance info sorted (as much as possible), and patiently answering all of my questions.

The dental office was clean and tidy. Quiet area with comfortable seats. Dental hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a long time so the staff were cautious in the scaling and cleaning procedure.

Many phone calls and text after making first appointment. You need to make sure what you are getting covered is accurate as I paid more than what they said I should pay. They keep saying they need to send in the final invoice to get an accurate amount for coverage but this has never happened to me before.

Went for a tooth extraction, but due to excessive swelling and infection, got cleaning done for now and need to go again next week for the removal.
