Madison Centre Family Dental

This was my first time here, and had a fantastic experience with everyone I met! Elaha was my hygienist and she was lovely - friendly, efficient, and made sure I was well informed at all stages of my appointment, which made me feel at ease. She also ensured I wasn’t billed for something that was done, but turns out I didn’t actually need at this time (I would never have realized had she not told me). Only saw Dr. Lin briefly, but appreciated that he was very no-nonsense and transparent about whether I actually needed any work done for minor issues (he didn’t think I did). I also wanted to give a shoutout to Shannon and Diana at the front desk, who both went above and beyond - from getting me booked in, getting my complicated insurance info sorted (as much as possible), and patiently answering all of my questions.

The dental office was clean and tidy. Quiet area with comfortable seats. Dental hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a long time so the staff were cautious in the scaling and cleaning procedure.

Many phone calls and text after making first appointment. You need to make sure what you are getting covered is accurate as I paid more than what they said I should pay. They keep saying they need to send in the final invoice to get an accurate amount for coverage but this has never happened to me before.

Went for a tooth extraction, but due to excessive swelling and infection, got cleaning done for now and need to go again next week for the removal.

I visited the clinic for an initial consultation. During the appointment, they took photos of my teeth, performed an oral examination, and provided a treatment plan with recommendations. No treatment was done — it was a diagnostic visit only. The staff was polite, and the appointment started on time.

Great nurses and Dr., very professional, explained details and suggested what is good for me.

Booked an appointment with one doctor, only to have the appointment changed to a different day when the doctor I requested wasn’t working, and they never informed me of the change in doctors.

We had a great experience at for my child’s recent dental appointment. The staffs was friendly, patient, and made my child feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in, the receptionist so friendly (too bad I forgot to ask her name) Dr. Gaurav and her assistant was excellent at explaining the procedures in a kid-friendly way and was very gentle during the cleaning and exam. My child especially appreciated the fun decor and the small reward at the end of the visit, it made the whole experience much more enjoyable. As a parent, I appreciated the clear communication and the professional, caring approach. Thank you for making dental visits a positive experience for kids!

Dr. Guru and Rupi were attentive and professional. I was a little bit nervous but Rupi helps me with small talks which brighten up the environment. My first dental exam with MDC was smooth and painless. I would recommend this place to my friends!
