The staff was welcoming with a reassuring smile. They gave me a step by step rundown of the procedure and made sure i was comfortable with each step. On the next visit, the doctor took time to explain everything she is going to do and from time to time she kept telling me how many steps are left to the end of the procedure. She encouraged me with words like "good job" each time I coorperated well. I felt less anxious. Thank you Dr Zeena and your staff.
