Amazing staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable

Dentist was having issue with another patient but I got xrays and cleaning and reschedule another appointment to see the dentist . Lady in reception was extremely helpful so I didn’t mind. They gave me attached file to send to opencare.

The appointment went great—completely pain-free, with modern equipment. I’ll be booking my follow-up appointments with the dentis

First appointment with Smile Design Dental Care went very well.

I am glad I chose them for my dental appointment. They were thorough and honest about the extent of treatment I would need and provided further guidance on who to refer to for some more specialized treatment. The staff were attentive and kind, easing any nerves I may have felt walking in.

It took a bit of time to get an appointment through the open care app, but I'm glad I waited. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have celiac disease and they were able to help verify all ingredients before using them in me, super accommodating. The women working reception is so friendly her energy is contagious.

The team at Dr. Shawkat's practice is all so friendly. I had to get bridges installed with them which was quite a few appointments. It was a bumpy road, but the team made it a lot better!

She is an experienced professional. She explained every procedure before she started. Told me what I needed to do to continue to improve my dental health. Great Doctor, great experience!
