Staff was kind and explanatory!

The hygienist was very personable and the office was clean and modern.

The location is not easily accessible. A lot of homelessness in the area and on the street. Nice office but is loft style so there is not enough privacy. Conversations echo. Have to use parking garage but they do validate. Sadly my ticket didn't work and I still had to pay. Wait time was too long.

The staffs were very friendly and very approachable. Doctors were very knowledgeable and helpful in a manner where they explained everything to the patient about their condition and what to treatment plan they needed.

Lovely office! I did the extra lazer and fluoride rinse.

The doctor was ok. The hygienist was a little pushy. I typically have A++ reviews at the dentist, never had a single cavity, simple cleaning, in and out, which is why it hasn’t historically been a priority. This was new, lots of new things are coming up with perimenopause, and I felt like I was being judged because of the status of my teeth like I neglected them. I still didn’t have cavities or major issues, but their AI detected gum disease. In reality my oral hygiene routine has been the same for 30+ years, just now it’s no longer sufficient. I wish they would have asked more questions instead of assuming I don’t take care of my teeth because I hadn’t been going to the dentist. It had been a waste of money in the past. Now I realize getting older I’ll have to go more often and that’s fine. It’s just about the approach.

Pricier than most dentist.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They don’t mind going the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

After my visit yesterday, I realized I made the perfect choice by leaving URBN Dental Clinic and going to there. My hygienists were very careful and mindful when I got my deep cleaning today. She periodically made sure I was comfortable and did an awesome job. You don't have to sit all day and the prices are very reasonable.

Everything was fine.

Easy to make appointment, were able to change from one location to another. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. One not so good thing is that they left me in the room with a numb mouth for at least 45 minutes, without warning. And did not gave me the medication that I needed after the treatment.

The technology used and how thorough was the check up was impressive

My examination was great!!! After my exam, I realized that despite going to the dentist all my life, I've never had a truly thorough dental exam. I was beyond impressed with the entire experience.
